Hi Folks!
Layering is one of the ongoing trend in summer/spring season and if your enjoying holidays in hill station like ”Munnar” that we all love to, it becomes practical necessity. Where you like to find some comfort from the pricking cold. When talking about summers, layering is effective at moving sweat and taking away body heat and blocking sun’s radiation. Above all these you can create variety of outfits by layering different garments.
In my case, I switched on to casual street look. I wore a comfy cotton cream colour T top as a base with beautiful print which had a quote “Heavenest Goa” instead of just plain T top as I was missing goa so much and I wanted that goan feel, so I choose to wear this. You will find similar T top in beach side stalls of Goa. I layered it up with a black and grey stripped Shrug, which was been picked up from ”Xtend” clothing and accessories store, Panaji. I paired these with my favorite dark blue high waist Denim jeans from ”Westside” which is stretchable, very comfortable to wear and I just love the way it fits me.
As there were too much of neutral hues and blues and to take the look to next level, I wore a pink scarf covering my hair. As the pink and blue makes very beautiful contrast, it was definitely a game changer. I accessorized with beautiful blue colored shades and a metallic watch.
Can’t forget my travelling essential brown Bag pack, bought from online Flipkart shopee which is spacious as well as trendy and suits my outfit just right, and beautiful pair of Belles instead of sneakers for a glimpse of elegance rather than complete street look.
For makeup, I played with my eyes using black and blue eyeliner and a mascara from Lakme. Applied tint of lip balm on my lips, and pat of talc on my face to go with. Hair was just left half open to flow with the wind and was ready for the super adventurous trip.
Hope you all liked my look as much as I do. Will be back super soon.
Cheers to life!
