This got me hooked to VLCC. As, I was impressed with the tags like AYURVEDA, Paraben free, Synthetic colorant free as well as Soap-free formulation which are an essential in my skin products.

VLCC Ayurveda Chandan & Kesar Face Wash comes with a secured flip-open cap in a translucent plastic tube with sturdy & simple packing. The desired amount of the product can be dispensed as it has gel consistency, but is slightly runny.

The product is light yellowish in color. The translucent tube helps one to keep check on it’s quantity. The bottle has the description of the product, Mfg. and Expiry date mentioned.

The packaging is certainly user friendly and hygienic, as well as handy to carry while travelling. The fragrance is of sandalwood which is divine and so very refreshing.

My Experience with VLCC AYURVEDA Chandan & Kesar Face Wash

Chandan & Kesar Face Wash from VLCC Ayurveda easily spreads on damp skin. Due to it’s soap free formulation it doesn’t lather much. But it cleanses the pores effectively as well as draws the impurities and dirt out.

Washing it off is also quick & needs no additional effort. The face wash can be easily washed without leaving any slippery feeling behind. Best thing is that the fragrance of sandalwood lingers for more than one hour, after every wash.

My skin feels soft and fresh after use. The best thing is that my skin doesn’t dry out after its use. However, during dry winters, it do tend to make my skin dry and stretchy. Also, I feel that people with extremely dry skin may face similar problem.

This facial wash brightens up my skin instantly, although it is temporary. The product promises to make the skin fair but it is practically impossible for any face wash to do so.

Even after continued use, this facial wash was also not able to lighten acne scars. But it thoroughly cleanses as well as rejuvenates the skin and is pocket friendly, making it a healthy face wash for regular use.

To Summon up, I personally feel that VLCC Ayurveda Chandan & Kesar Face Wash is good for normal and oily skin. It provides the skin with deep cleansing benefits and, after every use, makes it soft and fresh. This product won’t make your complexion fair.
