I am thrilled to come across WOW Skin Science Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Shampoo. It’s because, this super cool product has claimed to be Alcohols, Sulphates, Paraben, Silicones as well as Cruelty free which are my eminent priorities when it comes to beauty care. Also, I was excited to find that the product is formulated to be gentle on hair which made me carefree to use it. Thus, with no second thought and absolutely zero doubts, I just went for it.

WOW Skin Science Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Shampoo comes in an average looking dense dark brown color plastic, hygienic and leak proof compact bottle packaging with a flip open cap. This makes it easy to use and convenient to travel with. All the product information is printed on the label outside the bottle.

The product is light golden in color and bears a fragrance of fresh apples. This shampoo has medium thick consistency which is not too thick or runny having balanced texture and is easy to apply as well as wash it off.

Direction for use : Wet your hair with lukewarm water. Massage on a small amount through the wet hair & scalp. Lather & massage the scalp using your fingertips (not nails). Leave the lather on for 5 minutes. Wash it off clean & follow with a cold water (37.8℃ is the sweet spot!) rinse.

My Experience With WOW Skin Science Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Shampoo

I am totally in awe with the WOW Skin Science Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo product after using it. It has all the essentials that I look for in shampoo, to keep my hair and scalp rich in health.

I have been using this shampoo for many days and I really like the way my hair feels. This product is super gentle on hair and scalp as it’s made with pH balanced formulation, free from alcohols, sulphates and silicones. Hence suits all hair types and can be used for all seasons. However, as this product is sulphate free for good, it doesn’t lather much compared to other shampoos and so is mild. So, it doesn’t leave the hair dry making it ideal shampoo for every day use.

Although, in case of oiled hairs, one may need to apply lot more product for proper clean up. Even if I skip my pre-shampoo oil massage, my hair still feels and smooth and soft after a wash. The product spreads evenly on wet hairs with ease . But, I love the shine, smoothness and softness of my hair after every wash making my hair much more manageable and frizz free.

What impresses me more is that it contains DHT blockers which helps prevent hair loss.

This light golden colored product is said to be made up of 100% natural and raw Himalayan Apple Cider Vinegar, Sweet Almond Oil & Argan Oil . ACV is known for its detox properties and helps in removing dirt and build-ups due to dust, pollution, dead scalp cells & styling products, gently without imparting any dryness. It’s anti fungal and anti bacterial properties also helps eliminate dandruff and flakes from the scalp. It also restores shine as well as smoothness. Also, the essential oils present, helps in nourishing each hair strand and rejuvenates weak, thin and damaged hair.

I personally loved the mild and very pleasant smell of fresh apples which is simply amazing. However the smell vanishes after the wash. Also, the itchiness of scalp and dandruff is far much reduced.
